Purpose

Business Ethics and Conduct

All personnel are expected to
• Act honestly, fairly, and with integrity in all business dealings.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Treat customers, colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders with respect and professionalism.
• Protect confidential information entrusted to them.
• Avoid activities that could damage the reputation or interests of the organization or its customers.
• Report any known or suspected unethical, illegal, or fraudulent activities.

Conflicts of Interest

Personnel must avoid situations where personal interests may conflict, or appear to conflict, with the interests of the organization or its customers.

Any actual or potential conflict of interest shall be disclosed to management at the earliest opportunity.

Protection of Customer Information

Personnel shall safeguard customer information and use it only for authorized business purposes. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to unauthorized parties.

Where personnel work within customer-managed environments, they shall comply with all customer policies and security requirements.

Reporting Concerns

Employees are encouraged to promptly report any suspected violation of this policy, unethical conduct, fraud, bribery, corruption, or other improper activities to management.

Reports made in good faith will be treated confidentially to the extent practicable.

Violations

Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contractual engagement, subject to applicable laws and contractual obligations.

Policy Ownership and Review

This policy is approved by the management of the organization and shall be reviewed periodically to ensure its continued suitability and effectiveness.
